Error 403 on iOS When Logging Into Workplace

There is a known issue with logging into Workplace on iOS when using a Google account. If there is an existing Google login active in Safari for any Google account (including a personal Gmail account or non-CASA Google account), the authentication flow will automatically assume that is the account to use when logging into Workplace. This will cause the authentication to immediately fail as the non-CASA account would not be authorized to log in.

Workplace support has suggested the following workaround:

1. Open Safari and browse to any Google service (e.g. Gmail or Google Drive).
2. Sign out of any Google account(s) that are already signed in.
3. Switch to the Workplace app and re-start the login process.
4. Go through the authentication flow with your CASA Google account.

If you are still unable to login after completing this procedure, please open a ticket in the Web Services / Workplace by Facebook / User Accounts category.
